Tony B. Knight (aka Sir Knight) is a Disc Jockey who is the sole owner and proprietor of Knight 2 Remember Productions. He is currently based out of Virginia Beach, Virginia. His genre of music is wide spread from the likes of ballroom, electronic dance, pop, Latin, country, reggae, hip hop, funk and jazz.

Tony was introduced to the Djing world thanks to DJ DST (known for co-producing Herbert Hancock’s Rock it) and his uncle Eddie J. Knight. After viewing the turntable styles of DJ DST, he was hooked. His love for the art of djing started at the young age of 14. His first system consisted of JC Penny’s MCs turntables, a Radio Shack microphone, and a mixer, all of which he found at a garage sale. After his uncle Eddie heard Tony mix and scratch Run Dmc’s Hard Times, he invested in Tony by buying new equipment.

Starting with house parties and birthday parties, Tony quickly became known as TK Flash because of his quick transitions and knowledge of music. One hindrance he encountered was growing up in southwest Florida without urban radio. That quickly became an asset because it broadened his listening spectrum to make him appreciate all genre of music. With that knowledge he was recommended by young and old for venues. Tony's first major venue came in spring of 1986. He was tasked with providing runway mixes for the Ebony fashion fair for Delta Sigma Theta Soroity Inc. The show was a success and when the lead commentator of the learned of his age, she was very impressed and recommended him for all of the southwest Florida shows.

After graduating high school in 1988, Tony joined the Marine Corps. His musical talents came to everyone's attention aboard the USS Manitowoc (while serving in the Gulf War) after taking first place in the ship talent show. It was there where he took on the new name of Sir Knight because of officers and senior enlisted addressing him with that name. Tony begin to disc jockeying for various clubs on and off base in the states and abroad. In 1992 he was ask to be the musical entertainment for his very first Marine Corps Balls, which was the beginning of my years to come with the term “Once A Marine Always A Marine.” From that point on he has been affiliated with birthday celebrations for all of the Armed Forces.

With his honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps in 1988, this hobby became a reality. His service has been requested for events as small as family gathering to galas, such as Marine Corps and Navy Birthday Balls, not to exclude the Navy League and Wounded Warrior events. He also provides his services to local and community organizations such as Delta Sigma Theta Debutante Balls, Girl Scout troops, Junior High and Senior High Schools dances.

In addition to providing services as a disc jockey, Sir Knight also serves as a respected Master of Ceremonies. At many functions that role is simultaneous with being disc jockey. His dual hatted resume includes Camp Pendleton, CA’s Comedy Expo, Regional Ebony Fashion Fair and the nationally known Black Postmaster Association annual event.

Sir Knight was recognized as the Teen’s Choice Disc Jockey from 2005 -2013 for Craven County Schools in Havelock North Carolina. Sisters on the Move-NC Chapter, an organization promoting the empowerment of women, named him as the most entertaining disc jockey from 2003-2007.

Tony's love for music has hoisted him above all to entertain like no other. He prides himself in giving the best remembered experiences for weddings, proms, retirements, and any celebrated functions.

DJ Royale was born in the year of party...1999. From a young age, music was the combination that unlocked his world as a child on the Autism Spectrum. His adaptation to old school hip hop made it evident that he was an old soul. Just as the pioneers of the genre, he moved to the beat of his own drum and pulled anyone in earshot along for the ride.

Now as a young adult, DJ Royale refined the techniques he learned from watching his father, DJ $ir Knight, to create his own style. With school dances, weddings, and corporate events under his belt at such a young age, DJ Royale has only just begun and will be a force to be reckoned with in years to come.
